Terms of Carriage

1. Role of Meridian Sky
Meridian Sky Aviation GmbH acts as an independent air-charter intermediary, arranging flights on behalf of customers with appropriately licensed commercial air operators. Meridian Sky is not the operating air carrier.
2. The operating carrier
Every flight is performed by a commercial air operator holding a valid Air Operator Certificate (AOC) for the aircraft type and route concerned. That operator's own operating terms and conditions of carriage apply to the flight itself.
3. Quotes and confirmation
Indicative prices are estimates pending operator confirmation. A quote becomes binding only once Meridian Sky confirms the specific aircraft, operator and price in writing.
4. Cancellation
Cancellation terms are disclosed per quote and vary by operator, aircraft and notice period. Typical terms allow free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure, with reduced refunds inside that window — the specific terms shown on your quote or confirmation govern.
5. Ancillary services
Chauffeur, hotel and other ground arrangements coordinated by your Private Office are arranged individually with third-party providers, not sold as a single package travel product, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
6. Liability
Liability for the carriage by air is governed by the operating carrier's terms and applicable international conventions (e.g. the Montreal Convention). Meridian Sky's own liability as intermediary is limited to the arrangement of the flight.
